This old-school dish remains popular
Whitefish Chips have been on our menu since the very beginning and are considered classic Chicago fish house fare. Our Whitefish Chips are made from boneless, skinless wild-caught Alaskan Pollock fillets, cut into 'bite-sized' chips and breaded in-house using a family recipe. Try them the next time you stop in and let us know what you think.
